Im looking for a pair of scotty manuals or a deal on a pair of electrics.

with tilt up (or preferably swivel) bases - (the mounting plate is already on my boat so i wont re-drill and mount the slide in type).

im in Duncan - can pick up or meet anywhere from vic to courtenay.
