Wtb: beginner fly gear

I'm looking for inexpensive gear to get me started for both trout and salmon. (not necessarily cheapo stuff, but I don't need a $400 set up)
Looking for:
5wt with reel & floating line
8/9wt reel & line (maybe rod, though I have a rod I can use)
