West Coast winter fishing?

What's the best place to head put fishing for salmon and bottom fish on the north west coast of the island? What's everyones' suggestion when the bug hit's in a month or so and I just have to go!!

Winter fishing off anywhere from Sidney to Sooke is very good. The West Coast would be bumpy, loneley, and a long drive for the same small winter fish!
