Victoria Fish Processing

Hey guys,

This may have been covered in past forums, but I can't find it. So sorry if this is a repeat. Does anyone know a good place in the Victoria area to have salmon canned? And maybe smoked and canned. I found St Jean's in Nanaimo, but if there's a good local place, I'm in.

Any suggestions?

Try Finest at Sea in James Bay. They do awesome smoking, not sure about canning though.

No canning at Finest at Sea...that is a license that is virtually impossible to get.

Island Outfitters is a depot for St. Jeans, so you can drop off your fish there and have it delivered back to Island Outfitters for pick up
