Vancouver Inside Boat Storage

Anyone in the Vancouver area know of any good places to store boats on trailers inside where they allow you to work on them? I found one place but they only allow storage, you can't do any work on the boat. I'm looking for an inside facility where I can do some light work on the boat over Jan-Mar in preparation for next years season.

Try Lions Gate mini storage / Marina, just past the Aircare in North Van.. Don't know if they'll let you work on your boat, but nice new facility... Worth a call...

Pangaea- thanks for the tip. I have talked to them and they don't allow you work on you boat inside their facility. Great location though and top notch facilities. I may end up using them as it appears options are limited.
