Anyone been fishing the Capilano or North arm of the Fraser, QA or point grey bell buoy?? Thanks in advance

Pucks...
Was out on Sunday night for the high slack in the evening. Had one good hit and then we tied into a nice one in the 20lb range (give or take a couple lbs)....unfortunately lost him right at the boat after a poor netting attempt by me [:I]. It is still haunting me!!
We were fishing anchovies behind flashers and had the good hook up at no more than 40' down, also had 2 lines stacked deeper with an anchovie and a hoochie both behind flashers. Water visibility was very poor late Sunday, but luckily we weren't marauded by "doggies".
