Toba inlet

Just wondering if anyone has been doing any fishing in the area around toba. I was up there last weekend and lost a dandy right at the boat. We were the only boat fishing that we saw. Heading back up Sunday morning hopefully.

Dad and I were going to but it's supposed to blow 15-20 southeast in the morning. And that makes for a bumpy ride for my boat. So we're just going to stick around town instead, heading out 5:30-6:00 for the early tide. But I was going to pull the boat tonight and dump it in at Okeover. You heading out?

Just got back from 3 days in Toba stayed at the wilderness had some guys from Alberta with me so didn't fish to hard put it this way we never got up before 8:30 on the water by 10. We ended up with 2 springs 10 and a 15 a bunch of snapper and a Halibut while trolling in 60ft that was cool. Prawning was okay Channel island nothing Johnson bay a lot better. Good trip a little nasty coming home today.
