Maybe she thought you'd have forgotten the bad times and remember only the good times! LOL!! She must be special
 
I could tell you a story about the time she wanted to make a deal for late rent??? Run HM run. There were no good times with her. It was only after her eviction that other tenants told me about her love affair with white powder. Explained lots.

gave our inlaws a decent price on rent, no raises for seven years,,, they have an ugly divorce because apparently having girlfriends in south america is not acceptable.. he bullies his way into moving into the basement pretending everything is amicable... 1.5 years later and my poor wife having to take her ex dad to arbitration 3 times, a judge finally gives him the toss. nightmare.
