I don't use it because you cant use the "new posts" feature that you can on the regular web version. This feature makes it painless to just read what you haven't seen yet and saves me tons of time.

I use the HD version and love it. You can view "unread" posts.

You can use the latest post option it's the same thing it's located bottom left of the screen

Yes, as the others have said, this app is the best for mobile devices. Way better that trying to navigate using a browser. I just use the free version.
