would work nicely with a hootchie and a longer leader rather then the short we run now........maybe
Carl, where did u find the multipack, not seeing it on the site

ummmm...well....I have both of them. No luck so far.
So far the good old cut plug and whole herring lassoed like this: http://vimeo.com/7389983 are just as easy to use and productive. Of course there are many ways to lasso 'em.

I know you guys up north do a lot with the teaser heads.

another one is a rotary bait holder out of the states by -bechold & son flasher and lure co.-fishcatcher.com.they were at the sportsman show years ago & I bought some heads and flashers. Have used the heads numerous times with decent results--caught fish when others were not.

I think I have everything - except Jugheads. As soon as I come across them in a store I'll probably have them too.

Over the past few seasons, consistently, the biggest fish brought to my boat were on hootchies. A few on bait, a few on big spoons and big plugs. But by far most consistently on hootchies. I almost always fish 4 rods, and almost always have bait on at least one rod.

I'm curious about the ratio of big fish on bait as compared to other lures, or tinfoil.

yes ...I've seen those before.

'Limitout' has videos of these in operation and also rigging techniques....

I wasn't impressed with the way they rig them at all after watching the vids....

This may be just as easy as putting the hook in and might reduce tearing the bait. I will try bands using a standard teaser head as an experiment...it might not help establishing the roll. Im surprised the hook is at the tail, wouldnt placement nearer the belly be better?
