Sound proofing engine compartment

Hi
Thinking of soundproofing my I/O engine compartment. Looking to use a sound deadener to line up the interior surfaces .
Do you guys have any recommendations of what to use ?

Mine has the standard 1/2" sound deadening material that looks like the hot side is aluminum of sorts. I'm actually hoping to head out tomorrow and I can take a pic of the inside of the doghouse for you. Nothing special at all, I'm sure princess auto carries it.

I used dynamat on the floor of my 240z during the restoration as opposed to the original tar paper, cut it the same and sprayed just like stock. The stuff works well so I bet their marine stuff works great.
