Was out early and it payed off, 3 sockeye in first hour, shook of 3 more around 10 am, 60ft pink squirt red flasher

Yes, I was also out there but down at T10. Things seemed slow for most of the morning, but I did manage to cath one of those huge black-mouthed sockeye (almost twenty pounds) on a pink hootchie behind a green flasher. Go figure; I did the same thing in Renny two weeks ago.

Last time I fished Pt. Alberni for Sept. springs the standard rig was a hot spot flasher with a hot pink mini-hootchie.
