Interesting, I was in Quality Foods in Courtenay today. In the specialty cheese area, guess what they had to package their cheeses - a chamber sealer!
Ever try to seal a bag of water in your Foodsaver? Probably didn't work out so well. You can seal water, soup or even scotch, should you feel so inclined, in a chamber sealer...

I am shocked..... Really they didn't want to remove the moisture from their products using a vacum....Truly amazing, I am shocked

I had smoked Salmon for dinner tonight but last night was smoked Salmon Quesadillas-combining the best of both.

Did I mention some posters here have to get over themselves?
