Shucking Oysters

Uncle 'Nog has a dandy oyster cooking recipe. He and Osama whipped up a batch on my kettle BBQ in a campground one time. There was some (I think) teriyaki/red wine thing going on and we threw some shaved alder into the coals of the BBQ for some smokey flavor. And then we emptied a lot of beers. ;-)

A guy was using one of these on the Food Network, but chef Lynn used a towel to outshuck him 12 to 11.
