I've got to try this recipe, I hate using bread crumbs as a binder. The Prawn mousse as
a binder sounds good. I just need to catch some fresh Sockeye next week and I will give it a try.

I'm still waiting for some fresh Sokeye to try it. Damn heat wave got in the way, I'm
going out next week. I'll try it after that and post results.

i used prawns and lingcod. Worked well. Good luck with Sox
