Seafood Cakes

I've got to try this recipe, I hate using bread crumbs as a binder. The Prawn mousse as
a binder sounds good. I just need to catch some fresh Sockeye next week and I will give it a try.
Thanks for sharing this. I make a lot of crab cakes but never this way. I can't wait to try it. That guys is infectious. I laughed so hard watching him work. Thanks for making my morning.
