salmon lox or Gravlax recipe?

Nice because it's quick and easy and can do small piece and see if you like.
I'm 100% doing this. I have a pretty good method already so this will be interesting to see how it crosses over. Everyone talks about how good the cold smoked tuna is but it seems like a lot of work. I find gravlax to be a pretty mindless process, which is great.

I expect some pictures of a thinly sliced end product. Hope it turns out.
 
i sure miss the old days when Imperial smoke house on Franklin st. was still around, best cold smoke and really well priced at the time. gravlax is a great alternative for do it yourself, so simple and so good.
let us know what recipe you use and how it turns out.
