Definitely sole and tonnes of them on the east side of the inlet. The largest I have seen was about 14inches long, but you can catch lots in the 10-12 inch size all day long with a bare hook and a piece of clam, bacon, herring, or damn near anything. Herring jig tipped with bacon works too if you want to double your odds going for herring.
