Some of the shrimp mid water trawls experienced eulachon bycatch. (Funny note that my autocorrect wants it to read ejaculation instead of eulachon)
I was part of the process experimenting with different excluder grates to screen the oily buggers out of the cod end.
That was over a dozen years ago, but I did not see any salmonoids in the trawls.
