Query: Angler ID?

I don't understand all this secrecy and innuendo here. If someone is alleged to have committed something we are entitled to know who they are and what they are alleged to have done. The legal process is supposed to be open and accessible to stop exactly what is going on here. Misunderstandings and false assumptions and hints obliquely referring to someone. And yes the named person is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, which is why at this point the crime or misdemeanour is only ALLEGED.....

This thread has served it's purpose. I see no point in continuing with the speculations and varying assumptions it is creating.
And, as those involved have not been convicted, I don't wish for their names to appear on the open Forum.
