I was talking to some folks at Westport on the Saanich Peninsula and as part of Thunderbird, it is for sale. The move seems to be towards creating 50' berths at the expense of the smaller ones, which was I believe the current owners had planned. Guess it makes sense because the 50' berths tend to rent year round while the smaller (trailerable) are seasonal. Be interesting to see what new owners will do? I suspect less small berths and more large.
