What the Harper govt. has done to scientific, intellectual and democratic freedoms is deplorable! Are we living in some 3rd world dictatorship where BS like this can go on and the media and citizens do so little to stop it?

Thank goodness something is starting to happen to investigate what is happening here.

This is what happens when we vote for a party that puts economic growth and big corporate profits ahead of sustainable economic development and just about everything else for that matter!

Thx for the links GLG! Keep them coming. If this isn't a wake up call to all those who support democracy I don't know what is. A perfect example of why so many people are becoming turned off of politics. Very sad state of affairs indeed.
