Price of this boat

Trying to help a friend sell a boat - any help with the price would be appreciated? Unsure of hours on main engine, kicker has less than 50. Thanks-

What electronics are on the boat? It's hard to tell from just these pictures but I'm thinking ballpark $6500. Would probably sell for more in the spring.

I would ask 5,000 for it! You will always be hagled with but 5,000 seems fair
