I use a 4110s paired with islander reels and I think the choice in reels is more important than the rod. My backup rods are trophy xl 10'6" and they're pretty limp compared to the sage but fun as hell to use, and cheap.

I put some tape over the tighten ring to protect it, then grab it with some channel locks and get a couple more turns on it. Never come undone.

This is an off season discussion.
We can fight for days on this after the salmon are sleeping with the fishes.
That reel will last you a lifetime, rods can come and go.

It all depends if you are prone to kneeling on the rod, snapping the tip, shutting in in a car door, snapping it on the ceiling, jamming it the gunnels

I like a bit off a stiffer rod for Thoes 20 pound plus fish that just won’t come to the surface beside the boat.

Seems like reasonable price from a decent quality maker. I love my Lamiglass X11 for river casting.
