Use the 'Search' feature in rh Upper corner. It works great [8D].... but I'll tell ya what works for me is a chart (more if there are different scales,datums,age,U.S.or Canadian), a tide/current table, beer and GO FISHIN....
None of us are gonna spit up an exact Spot to go there and Find 41 Boats sitting there...or maybe someone might.[] but would that be the spot to go?

It's heating up in Oak Bay.. Talked to a buddy today that had some good hali action on the weekend.. There was a boat beside him that was into them as well.. Largest was around 60 lbs.
