Northern Vanc. Island

[Tips Up]

Heading to the other end of the Island for a week. Living in Victoria all my life and never been past Sayward so I am off to check it out. Starting in Sayward and working our way North.

I will have my waders, boots, and float tube. Now I am trying to decide what gear to take.
We will be staying on the Quatse River in Port Hardy for 3 nights but the rest of
the time is open.
Any information on this River? Any other suggestions? Lakes.. Rivers...

Leavin in the a.m. for the n. isle. Only advice is keep goin north. The Quatse will be humpy heaven in the lower reaches only.. Could probably **** harder than that thing will be runnin..
A little skywater in the forecast. Should make for some interesting shwacking..-dirty
