Need a trailer winch

Need a new one, the handle notch where it locks into winch is rounded up so won’t turn the drum unless I crank on the nut.
Likely to light for the boat.

It’s a 3 hole triangle mount
The one I have is a Shelby 5405
Rated to 1400 lbs
My boat is a 16 ft open Silverstreak with a 50 yamy.

Recently replaced the Fulton two speed 2600 with 3700 and it wasn’t cheap. To me it was the best option although the winch looks good the quality of the material is poor. Handle and gears twisted and prematurely wore out. PA, Shelby as well as Fulton all seem to be made with mild steel. If you need to work the winch hard at all it isn’t going to last so it’s kind of like pick your poison!!
