The Nanaimo River hatchery is hosting an Open House on Sunday November 4th, 2012.
They are going to be doing educational tours, egg taking on chums, adopt a fry, and a lot more.
There will be a salmon barbeque on site as well as a garage sale with lot's of fishing and boating stuff being sold at great prices.
It's from 10 am to 3 pm. Come on down and check it out. Bring the kid's, the spouse, and friends. There will be lot's of big tents set up so don't worry about the rain lol.
