I fish Mabel with plugs quite often and they’re pretty much all made of unscented plastic. Don’t think it matters if they’re hard or soft. Plastic is plastic.

I just checked the regs, states nothing on the uses of plastics, so I think you are good. But it doses state single barbless hook.

Thanks fellas for all your help,I bought my lic.online and didn’t get the regs.I have been checking the regs.on line and couldn’t find anything but using single barbless hooks .thanks again for all your input ,I’m going fishing with plastic .
