Lack a terriyaki?

I use a liter (1.2) jug of terriyaki as part of my salmon strip brine but I've looked in several food stores here in the Victoria area over the past couple of months and they don't seem to carry the big jugs any more. Anyone else use them/ seen them lately?

world wide terriyaki shortage since the quake.

Kikkoman--1 jug, 1 cup of coarse salt, 1 kg of brown sugar, 4 quarts of water and then whatever spices you want--I add several cloves of crushed garlic, 2 T. of cayenne and some chopped fresh rosemary--I soak my salmon strips for 12 hours before drying them on racks for a few hours and then into the smoker for 4-5 hours.
