Has anyone been out lately with any success. There must be some nice springs kiking around the Bell buoy area.

Yes, if you're willing to troll for days and weeks to be there when they swim by!
It was probably 1985 when they last "kicked" around that area at this time of year.

I recall reading a report a few days ago that there were some fishing hanging around the English Bay area. Jericho area might be worth a shot.
Howe Sound area in front of Eagle Harbour could hold fish at this time of year, as well as the back side of Bowen Is. - Hutt Island to Tunstill Bay.
Worth a shot if the weather is good and you've nothing better to do.
