Honda 75/91 HP

Looking to buy a new or low hour 75/90Hp Honda My 50 is starting to get a bit old,
With 3 and a dog in the boat it takes a bit of time to get going.Luckly I am a poor fisherman I do not have to worry about the fish wieght LOL
The guy at the Honda shop says that the 75 and 90 is the same engine Weight and sizes.
They just tweak the fuel/electronics?

If you purchase a used Honda 75 or 90 check the serial numbers.

If it's a 75HP, BBAL-1000001 thru 4401488 or BBAU-1000001 thru 4100011....

If it's a 90HP, BBBL-100000 thru 4403197 or BBBU-1000001 thru 4100134.

Those series had defective (their term) double seals installed between the lower unit and the starter housing. See Technical Bulletin 26 for the details....it's a 2500-3000 repair....same housings
