EZ loader myself with torsion axle/single. You boat is same size as mine. I think that 23-19 might be to big for you... And no papers will be pain in butt.

Bought a new 2450 roadrunner, (same as the 2500 minus the brakes) from alpine. Best price on the island last fall.

If you are getting brakes, go with disks. Drums turn into a rusty mess in no time.

Weigh your boat full loaded with all gear etc. You may find 2400 is not enough. Better to know now than later ☺
