Granville Island Smokehouse/ Finest at Sea

Hey..

For any of you Vancouver area guys who take your fish to Finest at Sea on Granville Island for smoking/processing; just a heads up as to the rumour that was on one of the forums that they are closing down.

They are indeed closed down right now for about another 2 weeks as they are undergoing BIG renovations but I had an e-mail today stating they are not closed "for good".

I love their Smoked Lox. Most likely the best smoked lox I have ever had. And the slicing job they do is amazing.
