Very fair call. In the end it wasn't even out politics. Not for me anyway. It was about 2 sides digging their heels in about who has a bigger dick.
Shame we can't have these discussions, glad you shut it down.

To be honest I don't really care if the forum admins choose not to institute a bear pit. I only participate at a very minor level in the Pit on the other forum I referenced. But it's their forum do with as they wish; we are all guests here and must respect their decisions.
