Free range, organic white feathered meat birds. All I know them as is white meat birds. Had one last night for dinner. Tasty, moist and tender. Very happy with them. Going to pick up more from my friend this week if he has more left.
They range from 5-6.5 lbs. I had brought home 10 in the 5 pound range and they are already sold.
