French Creek Whale Watching Clowns

Anybody know the business that runs the whale watching boats that run out of French Creek. Put in around 6 tonight, cruised out of the launch at lowest throttle to avoid wake on the marina etc. Jackass in whale boat flies past us on my starboard side, still well inside the marine/breakwater, slows enough to yell at as that he doesn't have time to wait and proceeds to full throttle it out through the opening. Probably saved 10 seconds. Want to report this but to whom?

Transport Canada Marine division . Was it an inflatable boat? Most inflatables give off much less wake on plane than when proceeding slowly.

Thanks and will contact them. Yes to the inflatable but we still got pushed over by the wake created and he apologized as he went past. Just don't see the sense of saving perhaps 10 seconds while tossing aside marina etiquette.

A lot of boaters forget there are speed limits posted as well as those that aren’t posted like the one within a 100 metres of shore (10 KPH). Call Transport Canada, these professional boaters should know better. I see Whale Watchers run through groups of boats that are fishing all the time, throwing up sizeable wakes, no consideration.
