Fishing Rupert in Late October???

I guys. Wondering how fishing would be in late october. We were going to try and sneak out there after harvest if we get done early? Any places to fish that are better then others that way or does a guy go kitimat? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

No idea about the saltchuck opportunities that late in the season but that timing is what has made the Skeena and all it's trib's in the Terrace to Smithers area world famous for coho and steelhead fishing. Not far from Rupert to Terrace and your options are limitless - main stem, Copper, Kalum, Lakelse, Babine, Kispiox, etc, etc, etc, etc

ya would like to get out and get some halibut, salmon, etc. But ya that would be fun as well.
