I've been reading a few stories predicting "epic" fishing off the west coast, but haven't seen many predictions for the ECVI. Has anyone else seen anything in this regard?

I don't think the final is out yet.
That said ... it also depends on the diversion rate of springs going to the Fraser.
Some years they stay on the outside and come in through the JDF.
