Electrician needed in sooke.

Hot tub is on the fritz brand new pump and motor I think there may be a problem with the controller.The motor works fine if I hard wire it. It's a pacific hot tub with a PHT 1000 controller . Got company coming next week from out of town. Any help would be great, not looking for a freebee.
