Move Navy ships from Halifax to Victoria.

This would do a great deal for the Victoria economy but don’t expect good military planning to take place in Canada when it conflicts with political expediency.
To bad it could help offset the economic damage DFO continues to heep on South Vancouver Island with its single minded attacks on our access to our Coho and Chinook fishery through ever expanding slots and other restrictions while giving preferential access to other areas and sectors. Our goal should be to have the latest Chinook slot expansion from June 15th to July 19th removed.
Vote buying on the east coast will continue and so apparently will the endless stream of East Coast only fisheries Ministers.
