Does the LOA include outboard motors?

Ive recently moved into a condo building and hoping to buy my first boat. My parking stalls are 18ft in length so Im wondering if I can fit a 16ft Double Eagle in there with a collapsable trailer tongue. Ive read that some boat manufacturers include the outboard motor in the LOA because it helps sell boats being that the actual size of the boat would be roughly 2 feet smaller. Is that the case with Double Eagle? If not I suppose I will have to set my sights on a 14 ft Hourston. Also, open to other boat suggestions for my situation and the vancouver coast.
Thanks in advance.

Just a thought. Does your condo association bylaws allow rv/boat parking in stalls?? Most don’t....

LOA is length of the hull from the tip of the bow to back of the transom. Some manufacturers will include the pod but the motors etc are not part of the LOA. I have heard people refer to the addition of motors as the “rigged” length. Just what I have found when looking.
