Good turn out in Courtenay today

My unofficial count was 600 brave souls in the cold and rain.
Good on you folks from the CV and saw a few familiar faces.
When the camera got pulled out at the end, one of the organizers put himself between the wife and I.
Been to 2 protest in my life and I suspect I'll be in the newspaper for both.
Oh the other one was for Halibut LOL

You guys got a good turn out. We had about 70 people show up outside John Horgan's (NDP Juan de Fuca) office in Langford. Local press where there and took a few photos. What was encouraging was about 1 in 5 or 6 cars that went by were honking in support. "Guesstimating' another vehicle in support going by without honking and you have maybe 40% of Langford residents in opposition to the pipelines. This is great and the momentum can only grow.
The Liberals are going down over this in May and then we can defeat Enbridge! Onwards......!!
