Dating a Hourston Glascraft

We purchased a pretty little Hourston Glascraft and I am trying to date it. I have looked for the compliance label, but cannot find one. I am guessing for various reasons it is likely 1950-60's vintage and have attached some photos. It is our understanding that this little gem has been sitting in a quonset in Alberta for many decades, and things like the steering wheel, company label plate, chrome knobs, pulls, horn etc are in incredible shape for it's age. We absolutely fell in love with her and are in the process of restoring her to her former glory. Hoping someone can help in dating her. Many thanks.

Wow, it's in great shape.
Hard to know for sure but I would say early 70's
what is the power ?
We wondered about the 70's, however we have an early 70's Hourston and it has a flat windshield with flat sides. This one has a rounded windshield. The steering wheel, gauges etc are much older than our 70's boat too

Have you checked the top corners of the transom just under the rub rail? I am not sure of that model and vintage but boats often have a stamp in relief in the gel coat there.
Great find!

Yes we checked there, unfortunately nothing there to see

On those years there was no compliance label (as it wasn't required yet?). There was a hull number/year starboard side of transom that was made with one of those old label makers

I had a 14 ft Hourston back in 1976 with a 40 HP Merc on it. It had the rounded windshield like yours. It was a brown/beige on top and white on the bottom. I put a 50 HP Merc on it and thought I had a rocket. I'm thinking the model year was around 1971. Mine didn't have all those gauges or the horn. Sweet unit.
