Found some info (and pics) on the net.... bizarre looking crabs. Also found some information that implied that Alaska Kings can be found all the way down into Washington waters. Never heard this before....

For bait, razor clams in a mesh bait container work great. Squid is supposed to be good too but I've never tried them. I've had good success with rockfish carcasses and salmon heads. Tough to beat turkey legs and necks.

Speeling, not su bigg adeel! lol. Watching deadliest catch and they were hunting the mighty King in the Bearing, those things are monsters. One guy had one catch him with it's pinchers and he had a hell of a time getting it off. Anotherr guy claimed that one took part of his finger off! Wow!
