Crabbing and Prawning.

I am heading up into the Guld Island next week and I was wondering if anyone is willing to share some information about where to crab and prawn around Montaque Harbor and Thetis Island? I understand there's some prawn at Kullett Bay. Do I need to go deep in the Islands for prawns and also crabs? Never did neither before in the Islands. Any help would be appreciated...Thanks

Try the mouth of Chemainus Harbour in deepish (100-150ft)water for crabs and beyond the reef south of Tent Island for prawns. I spent summers around there 30 years back as a kid, but I think they are still around those places. Good luck.

I did well for prawns deeper than normal today. 450ft. If its slow try settin them a bit deeper.

Thanks bunch guys. I'll bring my Salmon parts and NineLives Tuna Select and give it a try. Look out crabs and prawns, here I come.
