Cowichan Bay - Need some help

New here to the island and just wondering what my salt water options are. I live in Mill Bay and wonder what I can get into close to home. Any tips will help as I have absolutely no idea where to go or what to do. I have gotten some advice already but you can never have enough.

Between you, me and the fence post,lol, despite the commercial activity, the Inlet is smoking for prawns right now. Just do a search here and you'll find out all you need to know to get up and running.
