Yeah it's an oil rig in the Gulf Of Mexico somewhere, you can see the name of the rig and the date on the screen @ the beginning of the video.

One thing that impresses me the guy operating that remote control submersible is really good.

Those rigs are famous for being fish magnets there's not a lot of structure out there offshore so baitfish are drawn to the rigs and the chain starts....the night fishing is said to be fabulous under the rig lights.
