If so advise/techniques,flyfishing/spinning

I just drove through there on Wednesday, everything was pretty frozen up, could not see much of the river at all. Suppose to warm up a bit but still pretty cold.

Any day fishing is still a good day!

Good luck.

It's early for dry fly fishing. Will you have a boat? If not, you can try bar fishing from shore with spinning gear. Here's a great little article.

Brings back memories!Lived there back in the mid 80's and fished it all the time. Maggots and marshmallows were the
bomb and limits were the norm. Averaged 1.5-2 lbers.,but caught several in the 4-6 lb. range. Largest fish went over
7lbs. What a hoot on ultra light spinning gear!
