Cold smoked tuna from St. Jeans

I big thank you to Firelight who chose to send 4 of our tasty albacores to St. Jean's cannery. I met him today there and picked up the product.

I had some tonight with crackers and cheese. I have to say it is best cold smoked tuna I have had yet. We have a winner .

Thanks again for the "treat" man. Your first class all the way .
