Closures for salmon on west coast VI

Thanks for the SE AK update. I find it quite telling when even Alaska is restricting catch...although the regs as posted are for non-residents only which leads me to believe the resident limits have not changed (and they are quite liberal if I remember right). Regardless, this should allow more fish to return to BC and other southern areas as a large part of the SE AK CK catch is non-AK origin = improved escapement = good news.
